Agenda for the meeting
of Poodle Clubs in Stockholm,
Friday 4th July 2008, 2pm

The meeting will be held at the RICA TALK HOTEL which is the main hotel in front of the main entrance of the Fair to the World Show.

The starting time for the meeting will be approximately 2 pm/14.00 CET.
It is expected that the meeting will run 1 1/2 hours and be completed before group judging commences.

There will be a notice board placed in the Hotel foyer which will advise the location of the meeting room.

It is our intention to record this meeting and copies be available to ALL Poodle clubs for printing in their country Poodle news letters.

Please be advised that the President of the French Poodle Club, Mr Jean Jacques Dupas will be in attendance at this meeting.

AGENDA (The meeting will be held in English)

1. Open meeting. Welcome all clubs

2. Introduction. A brief explanation as to why this meeting has been called.

3. Presentation. A discussion on the current Poodle standard. This discussion will cover the existing FCI Poodle standard, the wording of the standard, the UK breed standard and the USA breed standard.
A comparison of ALL three will be presented. This section of the meeting will allow an open forum where all member clubs present may speak on this topic.

4. Presentation. A new and very exciting Breed Illustrated Study of the Poodle will be presented as a
possible alternative to the many illustrated breed studies that are currently circulating. It is our intention
to propose that a single Breed Illustrated Study be adopted by ALL Poodle clubs governed under the FCI.

5. Open Discussion. To allow all club members to speak on this topic.

6. Presentation. A discussion on how a very detailed Breed Illustrated Study and the FCI Poodle standard
can work in harmony, one benefiting the other.

7. Proposal for next meeting. Discussion on the next meeting for ALL Poodle clubs to continue with this
discussion.

8. Presentation. Jean Jacque Dupas will advise of the French Poodle Clubs show and conference in 2011.

9. Close meeting.
